14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please Contact Us within 48 hours with photos or a video of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
